All footwear is authentic therefore all shoes will come with original packaging and applicable accessories to the model (box, retro card, lace holders etc.)

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the shoes you receive from us, please contact us within /*seven*/ days of received your shoes. It is our responsibility to provide every customer with complete satisfaction -- No question asked!
Please make sure the shoes have not been worn at all before sending them back to us. I will repeat: the shoes must be unworn or we will reject your refund. After we receive the returned package and verify the footwear to be in its original condition, your refund will be processed directly through the credit card you paid with. Customers are required to pay shipping fee & return freight on all returns.

Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to www.kicksbay.com and paying for shipping & handling for the new shipment with exchanged merchandise. Returns and exchanges back to www.kicksbay.com must be shipped within 14 days of getting approval for an exchange
