USA Domestic Shipping & Processing Info

We only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your account.)

Shipping Fee Chart:

We offer expedited shipping through USPS.

Packages will be shipped out within 48 business hours with tracking information emailed to you upon shipment.

Shipping is $12 for the first pair and $6 for each additional pair.Your tracking information will allow you to trace your shipment on www.usps.com

Shipping will take 4-7 business days total from when you process your order.

Customers are responsible for tracing their shipments.  If you don`t receive your package within seven business days please contact us at customerservice@kicksbay.com .  We will check the status of the package. www.kicksbay.com is not responsible for automatically returned packages or if USPS fails to deliver the package due to incorrectly provided address or customer's failure to sign for package.

International Shipping & Processing Info

For International orders, we will ship using USPS Global Express.  This method takes 5-7 business days for delivery.  Because it takes us up to 48 business hours to process your order, packages will arrive in 6-9 business days maximum.

Because we value our customers, we will mark as package as personal gifts and declare value of $40 USD; however, we are not responsible for any customs duties or problems.

If you prefer for us to mark actual value of footwear, please make a note of that during checkout.
